The following routes are available for this service:
GET,OPTIONS/locations
GET,OPTIONS/location/ivr/{IvrPhoneNumber}
GET,OPTIONS/location/{Code}

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
